Solution

The developed application uses Al and engages in dialogue through text and other visual elements, such as images and emoticons. The product offers two options for communication with the chatbot. The first one is open questions at which the chatbot replies according to its available information. The other option is the possibility for automatic answer according to frequently asked questions by categories. The product developed by INSYS is of high quality and excellent functional characteristics, as well as in accordance with the requirements of current regulations and legislative base. * The application was developed and provided free of charge.
